Master Planning
Our main concern in Master Planning is good urbanism which can
be simply defined as the confederation or union of neighboring
groups of people resorting to a center which is to be used as a
common meeting place for living, worshiping, governing, commerce,
recreation, and other activities, hence, it is the total body formed by
the various elements of such a community.
Another definition is that an urban area is a composite of cells,
neighborhoods, or communities where people work together for a
common unifying cause within the area. Successful urban areas
are locations where there is opportunity for diverse types of living
environments & life styles.
